Software Usage Right
Software User Agreement Licence

This Agreement goes into effect the moment the User accepts the terms and conditions and continues as long as the User uses the software legitimately.If you provide us with any pre-printed terms and conditions that appear on any purchase order or other form document, they are rejected and will be of no force or effect.
System and Hardware Requirements
System Requirements: Windows 10 or later with MS Access Runtime installed.
Hardware Requirements: Dual-core processor or later, with a processor speed of 2.80 GHz or higher recommended, and 4 GB of RAM or higher.
Maintenance, Upgrades, and Support
The availability of maintenance, upgrades, and support depends on the type of purchase you have made (perpetual or subscription plan) as detailed on your invoice. For more information, please refer to our website.
Device and Data Usage

Fully Offline Software
- The GetSetRent application runs entirely offline.
- No internet connection is required for core operations.
- We do not collect, store, or access user data remotely.
User-Controlled Backups
- Users are free to choose their own cloud backup provider (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive).
- GetSetRent does not have access to these backups or any cloud accounts.
Password-Protected Data Files
- data file generated by the application is encrypted and password-protected.
- Even if a third party gains access to the file, it cannot be opened without the correct password.
No Remote Monitoring or Syncing
- We do not track, sync, or transmit any user data to our servers.

Charges for Additional Client Machines
The software is Licenced for use on one server and additional client key-enabled PCs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The software is provided under a non-exclusive Licence. For any legal disputes arising from this Agreement, the jurisdiction will be Jamnagar only.
